Our Custom Renovation Process
1. Initial Meeting
We’ll meet face-to-face to discuss what you have in mind and consult with you about the project scope, materials, and wish list items
2. Project Estimate
From the information gathered, we’ll supply a well thought out estimate for the renovation
3. Agreement Meeting
At this stage we’ll begin fine tuning the details of the renovation with you; covering initial material selections, design generation, and overall project scope
4. Trade’s Day
We’ll coordinate a single day for all of the trades to come to the home and gather any information they need
5. Contract Signed
We provide a clear finalized budget and timeline for the Renovation insuring we’re all on the same page
6. Renovation Begins
Throughout the demolition and build process our team remains conscientious of your living space and makes certain the work area is always neat & tidy at the end of every day
7. Final Clean-up
We have our professional cleaners come diligently prepare your new home for the sparkling reveal
Final Walk-through
When the renovation is complete we’ll do a final walk through confirming we’ve met or exceeded your expectations
